Your tasks
Your training with us in the team is comprehensive and of high quality. We not only want to enable our trainees to achieve excellent technical knowledge, but also to develop independent and strong personalities. To this end, we offer you individual and personal support throughout. We achieve the motivation and the fun of our trainees in the training courses through continuous project-related learning contents, the active cooperation in modern and innovative production plants as well as the possibility for assignments in our sister plants in foreign countries worldwide. As a machine and plant operator, you will mainly be involved in work on production plants for metal and plastics technology, with assembly work and in maintenance. You dare, we dare you!
The subject of apprenticeship training is at least the following qualifications

- Allocation and handling of materials, supplies and auxiliary materials
- Operational and technical communication
- Planning and preparing work processes
- Testing
- Industry-specific production techniques
- Control and regulation technology
- Setting up and operating production systems
- Controlling the flow of materials
- Maintaining and inspecting machines and systems
- Carrying out quality assurance measures
The qualifications are to be taught taking into account the main areas of metal and plastics technology.
